Just back from a stay at this apartment and cannot recommend it enough! We were part of a hen party group, the apartment was so close to the city centre which was ideal. Also right beside Lime Street Station which was great. The apartment was spotless, vibrant and the host couldn’t have been more helpful. Had a blast in Liverpool for my best friend’s 40th birthday. 
The apartment was fantastic- everything available and lovely little extras like the bottles of water, milk, crisps, biscuits and sweets. Lovely communal area and the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen were spotless. 
Ryan answered any queries promptly which made our stay extra enjoyable. Sky light in the main bedroom caused early morning wake ups with the daylight coming through but the other guests were very positive about their rooms.

Really enjoyed our stay recently, can be a bit deceiving from the entrance but once inside the apartment we were very impressed. The pictures did it justice. Plenty of towels, water , milk, biscuits, tea and Coffee all ready for us. The heating was good, Wi-Fi was good, Beds very comfortable but we couldn’t drop the Lounger in the sitting room. Just stayed here with a group of friends for a reunion. The apartment is even better than expected. The front entry seems a bit dodgy and we wondered what we would find once we got to the door of the apartment. However, as soon as we opened the door, it was wonderful. Clean, warm, beautifully decorated, lots of little touches. Water in fridge, little snacks, all cupboards stocked up. Aldi 7 mins away so we got lots of things in for brunch. Great location. Nothing further than 15 mins away and so close to train station. One bathroom for 8 girls getting ready was a bit of a squeeze but for the weekend, it was fine. Light streams through the 2 beds on the mezzanine from early on so bring sleep masks if that’s a problem! Beds very comfortable. A perfect place to stay for a weekend in Liverpool. Stayed at Ryan’s apartment this weekend for my best friends hen do! It was a beautiful apartment. Matches the description and photos. Ryan was so kind and helpful with any questions I had. He made sure that I knew I could ask him any questions I needed whenever I needed.  He even did a cute welcome sign and a bottle of Prosecco for the hen with a sweet card. Which we were so grateful for.  Most definitely will be returning! I’ve only been back an hour and I’ve already recommended him to a few friends!

Ryan's place is right in the middle of Liverpool City Centre. Lime Street Station is just around the corner.

It has 3 bedrooms plus a sofa bed and could comfortably accomodated the 7 of us. Ryan has great taste in interior decoration and the apartment looks and feels great. The kitchen is lovely while the living cum dining area is a great space to gather.

But there is a catch, you have to walk up two sets of stairs to get to the apartment. A great solution would be for Ryan to move the apartment two floors down... Nah, just kidding. The upper floor in fact made it insulated from the noise on the street at night. The better solution is not to bring a big baggage on your trip there or to beef your self up before the trip.
